Local, Caterham based, and built on doing the simple things properly.
Pacific started in Caterham with a small domestic team and a reputation for turning up on time and doing the job properly. Word spread to landlords, then to letting agents, schools and local businesses.
Today we deliver domestic, commercial and specialist cleaning across Surrey and South London — the same values, with the systems and supervision to deliver them at scale.
We're still a local business. If something isn't right, you speak to the people who run the company, not a call centre.
A written quote after a quote. No hidden extras, no 'from' prices that double on the day.
Uniformed, DBS-checked and insured staff, with the same faces at your property wherever possible.
Checklists, supervisor audits and a money-back guarantee if anything is missed.
Based in Caterham CR3, run by people you can actually reach.
Genuine photos from homes and premises cleaned by our team — no stock photography.

Impeccable attention to detail and truly five-star service — this cleaning team left my home spotless and exceeded all expectations!
Very good company to use. Great communication and did the work as required. They pointed out a few issues that I hadn't noticed. Would have them again. Well done!
That was a job well done. Really good service.
Very good service and attentive to customer needs.
The best service from the London and Surrey area.
